Canadian Masters Championships, aka CANMAS, will be held on Sunday, August 30 on Mooney's Bay in Ottawa. Make sure you complete the forms below by the deadlines to ensure you can race and take advantage of all the fun!

CANMAS dinner - Orders due August 13th

CANMAS POST-RACE DINNER AND AWARDS
St- Elias Centre 750 Ridgewood Ave (corner of Riverside Driver, overlooking Mooney's Bay), Ottawa

$36 per person
Cash bar opens 6:30 pm, dinner 7:30 pm, awards 9:00 pm
VIVA ITALIA NIGHT! Italian inspired costumes strongly recommended
Serving salad, chicken masala, roast potatoes, and dessert
Vegetarian options will be available (indicate on the form)
Each dinner includes a wine ticket, coffee and tea

One order is to be made per club. Please make your order through your club representative.

CANMAS awards - due August 15th
The awards form for CANMAS participants is below. Awards will be presented at the banquet following CANMAS. Nominate athletes who you feel are deserving of the awards. Make sure your club is represented! Fill out and submit the form by August 15.

CANMAS waiver - due August 29th
The CANMAS waiver and code of conduct document is below. These need to be submitted by your coach to the CANMAS coordinator. This must be completed in order for each athlete to race.
