Ontario Stay at Home Order - CKO Message to Clubs

posted Apr 28, 2021, 7:27 AM by Bernie Vierich
CKO issued the following statement on April 13, 2021:
"Subsequent to the recent provincial government shutdown order questions have arisen regarding to what extent the order impacts training.  Ryan initiated inquiries and retained legal counsel to provide a definitive interpretation.  Attached is the legal counsel’s interpretation as well as CKC’s “Private Boat Removal and Individual Paddling Statement”.

At this time CKO Sprint strongly urges clubs to not operate for the term of the Order, with the exception of those coaches and athletes preparing for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Your adherence to the provincial order and cooperation is very much appreciated."
