(formerly PaddleAll)

Through a new partnership with Special Olympics, the PaddleALL program is now being run under the Special Olympics brand. This is starting in Ontario in 2018 and will be implemented across Canada in the near future.

Read the CKC announcement made July 16, 2018:

EOD will endeavor to run Special Olympics and Para races at every regatta. In order to standardize, these races will be held before the lunch break starting in 2019. Check the schedule to confirm.

Here is the description under the previous PaddleALL program name:

PaddleALL is a CanoeKayak Canada project introduced in 2006-07. It is a program aimed at promoting individuals with disabilities to participate in the sport of CanoeKayak. Many successful PaddleALL programs are already in place across Canada. The positive impact of these programs at individual clubs propelled CanoeKayak Canada in 2007 to begin a national initiative to support national standards in promotion, recruitment, coaching and competition. The program is a direct outgrowth of CKC’s strategy to give our member Clubs the resources to meet the paddling needs of their local communities all across Canada.  To find a club offering Paddle All programs near you click the link below.  For the most recent information on Paddle All or to find out more see the attachments below or visit the CanoeKayak Canada Website www.canoekayak.ca.
